These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all orders and sales of products made on the Sensual Joyce website.
2. Acceptance of the Conditions
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. Conditions may be updated; applicable terms are those in force on the order date.
3. Products
Products are described with maximum accuracy. Slight variations in appearance do not constitute grounds for liability.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery. Pricing is subject to change, but orders are invoiced based on rates in effect at the time of purchase.
5. Order
Buyers must complete the online process and provide necessary information. Validating an order confirms acceptance of pricing and descriptions.
6. Payment
Payment is required upon ordering. Payments are accepted via credit card and other available methods. Transactions are secured by encryption protocols.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Sensual Joyce ships within the indicated timeframe but is not liable for delays beyond our control.
8. Withdrawal and Returns
You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
9. Warranty and Compliance
Our products comply with current standards. If defective or non-compliant, you have 30 days to file a claim. We will refund or replace the item as appropriate.
10. Liability
Sensual Joyce is not liable for damages due to improper product use. Our liability is limited to the total amount of the order.
11. Protection of Personal Data
Data collected is required for order processing and managed according to our Privacy Policy. Customers have the right to access and correct their data.
12. Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, amicable resolution will be sought. Failing that, the matter will be handled by competent French courts.
