At Sensual Joyce, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Conditions
🕒 Return Deadline
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
🩱 Condition of Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear that have been tried on directly on the skin.
🧾 Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please include your order number and purchase details.
2. Return Procedure
📨 Return Request
To start a return, email us at joycecorp.pro@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Mention your order number, item(s), and reason for the return.
📦 Return Label
After approval, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Print it and attach it to your package.
🚚 Return Shipping
Drop the parcel at your nearest post office or collection point. Keep the shipping receipt for your records.
3. Refunds
⏳ Processing Time
After inspecting the returned item, we’ll email you about approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
💸 Return Costs
Returns using our prepaid label are free of charge. If you use your own shipping, costs are your responsibility.
🏷️ Sale Items
Sale items are refundable at the original price and follow the same return conditions.
4. Exchanges
👗 Size or Color
For exchanges, specify the desired size or color in your request. We’ll ship the new item after inspecting the returned one, subject to availability.
🛠️ Defective or Damaged Product
Received something damaged? Email us with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
